Today Lily chose to make her own book in the Play Zone. She was keen to get her ideas down and share her book with others. She confidently sounded out the words that she needed to make her story. Lily recognises that writing is a way to give a message to others.
Star was keen to also address her picture to the person it was for (Mrs Guerin)
and Grace was practicing writing her own name.
Writing is developing into a real interest for some of our children as they become more confident with their sounds and basic words.
