During buddy class time we are working together to create and make a book about ourself and our big buddy. While we create our book we are learning about our buddy and the things they like. The finished product will become a special taonga that we can share together.
We were also very lucky this week that Mrs Handcock had access to the new library books before they needed to be shelved. We spent some time in a quiet spot outside, under the tree reading books together. It was so nice having our big buddies read us the books that we picked from the box.
